
Alexia Nicole “Lexy” Cascio, age 27, of Barrett St., Greenville passed away Saturday morning, November 17, 2018.
She was born in Greenville on May 9, 1991 a daughter of Dennis S. Cascio and Sheila M. (McDeavitt) Lewicki. She was a 2009 graduate of Linesville High School and attended Ohio State Beauty School. Lexy loved spending time at home with her grandparents ( Mama and Papa), spending time at the pool, and loved spending time with her dog Ramone.
She is survived by her parents; Dennis S. Cascio of Corpus Christi, TX, and Sheila M. Lewicki and her husband Matthew of Nome, AK, grandparents; Susan McDeavitt of Greenville, Randy Beatty of Greenville, Dennis Cascio of Florida, and Nick and Kathy Moss of Tionesta, PA, a great grandfather; Jack Beatty of Greenville, a great grandmother; Mary Jennings of Greenville, a sister; Desiree Cascio and her companion Steve Howell of Saegertown, PA and her children Skylee and Colby (who she loved spending time with), a brother; Trenton Cascio of Corpus Christi, TX.
Calling hours will be on Wednesday, November 21, 2018, 6-8pm and Friday, November 23, 4-7pm, in Loutzenhiser-Jordan Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 366-368 S. Main St., Greenville, PA.Â

I am so sorry for your loss and wanted to send my condolscences. I pray she is at peace as I believe my Toni Marie is now. She is no longer held by the grips of such a horrible pain. I feel for all of you and hope you can find comfort in knowing she is free. I understand this pain all so well. God Bless you all and Lexi.

I am so unbelievably sorry. I’m glad she is at peace now, and no longer battling this tretrerus disease. While I wish she could have faced this demon and beat it head on…I’m just glad she can rest now. I love u Lexy and will never ever forget the amazing memories we had. I named my oldest daughter after you and I’m so glad I did bc Everytime I say her name I can smile and think of one of my best friend I’ve ever had. Rest easy babygirl.

Sue and Randy I am very sad to hear of Lexy’s passing. As a God fearing woman I can tell you that your grand-daughter is wearing her wings now. She will forever be loved and free of the pain. Alexia was an amazing girl. She was so smart, funny and beautiful. I am blessed I had the pleasure of crossing her path at Glenbeigh. She has touched my heart and will live on in my heart.
