
Bernadette E. Link, age 85, of Ziegler Rd., Jamestown, passed away Saturday evening, May 19, 2018 in Canterbury Place, Pittsburgh.
She was born in Buffalo, NY on November 5, 1932 a daughter of Walter and Eleonor (Buziak) Karczewski. On June 1, 1951 Bernadette married Richard H. Link, he passed away February 22, 1999. She was employed for 15 years as a clerk at the former A&P Company in Millville, PA. She was a member of St. Margaret's Roman Catholic Church where she sang in the choir.
She was also a member of the resurrection choir at St. Michael Roman Catholic Church and volunteered in the rectory for many years. She enjoyed bowling, playing cards, and making new friends.
Bernadette is survived by a son; Richard H. Link, Jr of Linesville, two granddaughters; Kimberly Link of Canyon, TX and Jacklyn Hatley and her husband Michael of Fairbanks, AK, a step-brother; Robert F. Adams of Canton, OH, two great grandchildren; Jace and Jadyn. Many nieces and nephews also survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a sister, Marjorie Kurelko, a nephew, Michael Kurelko, Jr., two sister-in-laws, Margaret Link and Dawn Adams, and a brother-in-law, John Link. She will be missed by family and friends!
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30am on Friday, May 25, 2018 in St. Margaret's Roman Catholic Church, Jamestown, with Rev. V. David Foradori, Pastor of the church as Celebrant. Friends may call on Thursday, May 24, 2018 from 5:00-8:00pm in Loutzenhiser-Randall Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 416 Liberty St., Jamestown. Burial with committal prayers will be in Park Lawn Cemetery.

Sincerest condolences to Rich and all of Bernie’s family. She had a zest for life and loved everyone she met along her journey. Her faith and the love of our Lord was evident to all. Bernie, you will be missed!
