Burial with military Honors by the Jamestown Veterans Honor Guard will be in Park Lawn Cemetery, Jamestown.

Brian Shetter age 36, of Tower Rd., Jamestown, Greene Twp., passed away Saturday, August 6, 2016 in UPMC Presbyterian Pittsburgh. 

Mr. Shetter was born Aug. 17, 1979 in Grove City, PA to James Edward and Barbara Ann (Lakin) Shetter II.  He married Crystal Lynn Bartholomew July 8, 2000; she survives.

Brian was a mechanic at Jack's 5-Star Clinic in Greenville and had served in the U.S. Army. 

He loved spending time with his family, enjoyed building derby cars, working on cars, target shooting and sitting around outdoor fires.

In addition to his wife, he's survived by two daughters, Taylor Shetter and Brianna Shetter, both of Jamestown; four sisters, Melissa Cottrell of Greenville, Kelly Little and her husband, Tim Gannon, of Philadelphia, Erin Lorensini and her husband, Mike, of Philadelphia, and Meagan Little of Philadelphia; a brother, James Edward Shetter III and his fiance, Jill Ruffner, of Greenville; his father, James Edward Shetter II of Stoneboro, PA; and his mother Barbara Bauer and her husband, Alan, of Greenville.  He was preceded in death by a sister, Jennifer Madura; maternal grandparents, Ira and Evelyn Lakin; and paternal grandparents, James Edward and Virgilla Shetter.

    Each one of the 4 of you took a spot in my heart. That spot is yours and belongs to no one else. I feel so empty now and will not feel whole again until we are all together. There are no words to say how much I love you and how much I will miss you. We will find you and Jenny and hold you again.

    To Crystal and Taylor and Brianna ,No words can heal the pain you feel today, but be assured your all being thought of and prayed for daily.I pray that God will surround you all with peace as you go through this sad time in your lives.I never got to meet you guys in person, but have known you guys over the net since Taylor was small almost 14 years ago. To me you all have become as family and I love you all so much and be assured I`m grieving along with you all.

    Brian I have been blessed to know you, since you were just a little guy!! You were an amazing kid, and the best friend my little brother ever could have had. I told you how much I loved you everytime I saw you, partley because you d say “You know you, know you love me, come on you know you do”
    and I did and do!!! i can t tell you that anymore, so all i can do is show you, and i ll do that by being there for your family in any and every way I can!
