
Caroline M. Hodgson, age 38, of Chestnut St., Jamestown, passed away Sunday, May 14, 2017 in UPMC Hamot, Erie.
She was born in Somerville, NJ on June 12, 1978 a daughter of Richard and Cheri (Linhart) Hodgson of Jamestown. She was a 1997 graduate of Bridgewater-Raritan High School West, New Jersey. She was employed as a medical assistant for 10 years at Kid's Way Pediatrics, Hermitage.
Caroline was a loving mother who was strong and hardworking, she truly enjoyed watching her kids play softball and baseball.
She is survived by her parents; companion of 23 years, Steven Blanchard of Jamestown; five children, Ivy Blanchard, Justine Blanchard, Kayla Blanchard, Joseph Blanchard, and Alexander Blanchard all at home; a brother, Rick Hodgson, Jr. and his wife Ana and their daughter AirYana of TN; maternal grandmother, Carolyn Linhart of Jamestown and several close family members.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday, May 28, 2017 in Jamestown Presbyterian Church, 411 Liberty St., Jamestown. Arrangements entrusted to Loutzenhiser-Randall Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 416 Liberty St., Jamestown.

It truly breaks my heart to see such an amazing women gone way too soon. She was a awesome person to work with and I am blessed to have had the chance to know her. My dearest condolences go to her family and especially her kids. She will be greatly missed.
