Loutzenhiser Funeral Homes prioritizes the health and well-being of our associates and guests. We understand that this is a fluid situation and are monitoring and evaluating developments of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
We are working diligently within Federal and State guidelines to provide the utmost care while respecting the health concerns now facing our communities. We would like to assure every family that we will continue to respond immediately when our services are needed, and are committed to providing every family with the professional and personal care they have come to expect.
While public gatherings are not permitted at the moment, rest assured that small private viewings, services, burials, and cremations will still be carried out. We will also offer the use of our facilities for a memorial service and/or gathering at a date and time when it is once again safe to do so. In an effort to ensure that every family receives the comfort and support of others that is essential when a death occurs, we have installed WEBCAMS in both of our locations to enable complimentary on-site video streaming of services that will be available to our families and the public. Please note, live streaming of services to the public will be at the discretion of the families we serve. To view a live-streamed service, post a condolence, or watch a video tribute please visit our website www.loutzenhiserfuneralhome.com.
In the coming days, weeks, and months ahead, we will continue to make timely decisions based on guidance from health agencies, and adjust our precautionary measures as necessary. Our compassion is with our families as we safely guide them through this difficult time. We ask that anyone feeling ill, anyone who has recently traveled internationally or through COVID-19 infected areas in the U.S. refrain from entering our facilities. Loutzenhiser Funeral Homes is an essential business and will remain OPEN, please just call first.
Sincerely,
Cris H. Loutzenhiser
