Dennis E. Mowry, age 66, of Groover Rd., Sugar Grove Twp., passed away Wednesday evening, November 22, 2017 in his residence after a brief but courageous battle with cancer.
He was born in Greenville on August 12, 1951 to Norman and Mona (Zuschlag) Mowry. Denny attended Greenville Senior High School and had been employed for forty years in the Extrusion and Inspect Pack Departments of the former Werner Co. He attended Greenville Alliance Church and his hobbies included, hunting, fishing, and horseback riding.
On October 12, 1985, Denny married the former Sandi (Dunn) Brazel, she survives at home. Also surviving are two daughters; Dennie Jo Williams and her husband Mike and Corrina L. Mowry, all of Greenville, a stepson; Randy J. Brazel and his wife Krista of Stoneboro; a stepdaughter, Leane D. Brazel of Greenville, two brothers; Raymond Dean Mowry and his wife Pam of TX and David Mowry and his wife Rose of Greenville and four grandchildren; Cheyenne Diefenderfer, Caden Ignat, Becca Wilson and Hemi Brazel.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister; Barbara Kirshner and a stepson; Richard Brazel.
Memorial contributions may be made to Greenville Alliance Church, 63 Conneaut Lake Rd., Greenville, PA 16125. Arrangements have been entrusted to Loutzenhiser-Jordan Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 366-368 S. Main St., Greenville.

I am so sorry for your lose of Dennis. I went to school with him, he was a lot of fun when we was kids. I have not seen him for years. RIP Dennis

Jim and I were sorry to hear about Denny’s passing. We can remember all the fun we had in Erie camping and fishing. May he rest in peace and we hope all the love and prayers surround you with comfort and memories
I just want to say. I’m very sorry to read that Denny passed, hopefully things are good with you Sandi? Hopefully now he will rest in peace, he deserves it!! He was a very nice neighbor to have, may hunting, fishing and horseback riding be great in heaven….
