Frank L. Eber, age 89, of Nicholson Dr., Jamestown passed away Friday afternoon, December 3, 2021 in his residence.
He was born in Cleveland, OH on April 16, 1932 a son of Francis X. and Anna J. (Poshedley) Eber. He served his country in the United States Army from 1952 until 1954, serving 18 months of that time in Germany. On September 27, 1954 Frank married the former Jean M. Kirchner, she survives. He was a truck driver for 30 years, retiring in 1984. Frank was a member of St. Margaret's Mission Church, Jamestown, Teamsters Local 407, Knights of Columbus, Lt. Francis McManus Assembly 811, Fr. Ragan Council 3269 where he served as Grand Knight and District Deputy. He was an avid golfer and managed the Thursday Senior Scramble at Hartstown Golf Course for many years.
In addition to his wife Jean, he is survived by a daughter, Christine Vasitas of Elyria, OH; a son, Frank Eber and his wife Becky of Otter Creek, PA; four granddaughters, Marie Vasitas of Cleveland, OH, Jocelyn Eber, Madelyn Eber, and Abigail Eber all of Otter Creek, PA; a sister, Ann Maundy of Cleveland, OH. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother John G. Eber.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Crawford County, Inc., 766 Liberty St., Meadville, PA 16335.

I worked with him on many events and he was always totally involved.. I have missed your time here in Avon and Avon Lake area. His suffering is over. He is definitely with our Lord in heaven.
