
Gary R. Martin, age 36, of Transfer, passed away Sunday, August 27, 2017.
He was born in Erie on November 15, 1980 a son of Gary and Peggyjo (Miller) Martin. He was a 2000 graduate of Conneaut Valley High School and served his country in the United States Army. He was employed as a truck driver at Hills Trucking, Fredonia, NY.
Gary enjoyed hunting, camping, hiking, and motorcycles.
He is survived by two sisters, Tammie Bedow of Tuscaloosa, AL, Jolene Martin of Cyprus, TX; four bothers, David Martin and his wife Kathleen of Hadley, Michael Martin and his wife Jan of Transfer, Brian Martin of Greenville, and Kenneth Martin of Bumpus Mills, TN.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Loraine Martin.
Per Gary's wishes, there will be no calling hours or services. Arrangements have been entrusted to Loutzenhiser-Jordan Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 366-368 S. Main St., Greenville.

My deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences to the family. His soul is free, hope they have big deer, great tents and motorcycles in heaven.

So sorry for the devastating news , Gary delivered beer to us twice a week for over a year .We all talked about life in general all the time , we wish there was something we could of said or done to make a difference. Jolene, Ken, and other family of Gary I can’t express enough my sympathy to you guys in this time of sadness. Gary opened his home and family to me multiple times while I struggled growing up. We ran the woods together. We ran the roads together. He will truly be missed.
