Gloria A. Landfried, age 87, formerly of Methodist Rd., Hempfield Twp., Greenville, passed away with her family by her side on Saturday afternoon, March 26, 2022 in St. Paul's Senior Living Community.

She was born in Transfer, PA on January 27, 1935 to Ernest L. and Mary L. (Greene) Bundy. She was a 1953 graduate of Hickory High School and was a Homemaker. She had also been employed at the former G.C. Murphy's in Greenville and as a Sales Representative at Winner International in Sharon. She was a member of St. Michael Roman Catholic Church, Greenville, where she sang in the choir for many years. Gloria had received professional singing lessons and had sang in the Annual Greenville Messiah. She also enjoyed golfing, bowling, attending Greenville Symphony Orchestra Concerts and spending time with her family.

On April 24, 1954 she married Robert L. “Red” Landfried, he passed away on May 27, 1995. She is survived by two daughters, Kay Peters and her husband Gary of Sharpsville and Kim Bonadio of Transfer, six sons, Dr. Robert “Mike” Landfried of Greenville, Patrick Landfried and his wife Terri of Brocken Arrow, OK, Greg Landfried and his wife Kate of Greenville, Timothy Landfried and his wife Debbie of Leeper, Eric Landfried of Clarion and Gary Landfried and his wife Jackie of Greenville, ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three sisters and three brothers.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Choir Department of St. Michael Roman Catholic Church, 85 N. High St., Greenville, PA 16125.
