Hallie Anna Mariacher, age 93, of McElhaney Rd., Jamestown passed away Sunday morning, December 30, 2018 in Crawford County Hospice, Meadville.

She was born in Jamestown on September 9, 1925 a daughter of Ormond and Anna (Lewis) Herrick. She was a 1942 graduate of Jamestown High School.

On November 30, 1946 Hallie married Kenneth M. Mariacher, he passed away October 6, 2003. She was employed as a secretary at Thiel College and then a secretary at Jamestown High School for many years until her retirement.

Hallie was a the oldest active member of Jamestown Presbyterian Church where she sang in the choir for over 50 years. She was a member of the Eastern Star.

She is survived by three sons; Terry Paul Mariacher and his wife Deborah of Greenville, Stanley Mariacher and his wife Rhonda of Jamestown, Glenn Mariacher of Jamestown, a sister-in-1aw; Annabell Shearer of Hartstown, seven grandchildren, a step grandchild, eleven great grandchildren, and three step great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and daughter, Linda Anderson.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
