
Harvey O. Peachey, age 26, of Kinsman Rd., W. Salem Twp., Greenville, passed away Sunday morning, May 20, 2018 in UMPC Shadyside, Pittsburgh after a courageous battle with Cystic Fibrosis.
He was born in Somerset County on June 24, 1991 to Olen S. and Barbara Ann (Bender) Peachey. Harvey was a member of Stateline Amish Church (W. Salem Twp.), he loved spending time with his nieces and nephews and enjoyed family cookouts.
Survivors include, his parents at home, three brothers and a sister, Marvin and Mary Peachey and their children, Ruth, Katie, Samuel, and Rebecca of Somerset, OH, Mark and Sarah May Peachey and their child, Micah of Jamestown, Elmo and Antoinette Peachey and their child, Kaleb of Greensburg, IN, a sister, Fannie Fisher and her husband James and their child, Angela Sue of Jamestown, Maternal grandparents, Harvey and Ellie Bender of Meyersdale, PA, uncles, aunts, and many cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Samuel and Dora Peachey, a sister, Susan O. Peachey, uncles, Roy Peachey and Mark Peachey, and an aunt, Katie (Bender) Yoder.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30am on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 in the residence of Sam Weaver, 216 Stateline Rd., Jamestown, PA, with Bishop Joe Hostetler, officiating. Visitation will be held all day Tuesday, May 22, 2018 in the Sam Weaver residence. Burial will be in Stateline Amish Cemetery, Greenville.
