Uncle Herb will be missed by so many. He was a kind loving funny guy. Prayers for peace to family and friends. One of a kind. RIP You will be with with your love now.
There are so many wonderful things I could say about Herb. We met by chance over 10 years ago and became best friends and soulmates from that second on. No one understood our relationship but we didn’t care. We’d talk and laugh for hours. About anything! He loved his entire family so very much! He especially loved and missed Pee Wee & Skip tremendously. He loved my daughter too. He loved life. Even though he was in pain his whole life, he found a way to find happiness. Everyone loved Herb. There’s no way you couldn’t once you met him. I am already feeling the void in my heart with him being gone. We would keep in touch every day and I miss that terribly. I also feel a sense of relief because all he’s really ever wanted was to see Pearl again and to know what it feels like to be pain free. So know he finally knows! And I hope you all know a little bit more about what a great man he was from my point of view. He was one of the last few real gentleman left. Prayers and hugs to his family.

A light has gone from our world, Uncle Herb you will be forever missed. He was never too busy to talk to me or offer advice – & he was so very smart. He was very young at heart & always knew how to make me laugh. I have so many memories, one of the best was when he & Aunt Pearl drove over to see me in So. CA from Phoenix, I was happy to have them in my home to meet my husband & get a glimpse of my life here. I was proud of him. He was very opinionated of many things – food, music, politics, sports. His opinion always made sense to me, we shared many values & outlooks! I would look forward to going “home” to PA to catch up with him, it won’t be the same now. He filled the room with his huge personality. Rest in peace Uncle, thank you for loving me & share my hug with Aunt Pearl. Scott & Pam I send you my love.
Sympathies to Herb’s family. What a great guy! He certainly was a gentleman.
