Carol and family, I was saddened to hear of Jim’s passing. I remember when I was growing up in the neighborhood (Lancaster Avenue) and speaking with Jim and Carol. May God wrap his arms around all of your and bless you with his love during this time of sadness. Know that he is in a better place with our father.

I was very sad to learn of the passing of your loved one. I worked in the New Castle office for PENN Power and got to know Jim very well. He was a very nice man and glad I had the chance to be his friend. May your family know that you’re in my prayers.

Kindly known to him as ‘Doll’
