Lois A. Guerrini, age 94, of Werner Road, Sugar Grove Twp., passed away unexpectedly Wednesday evening, November 30, 2016 in UPMC Horizon Greenville.
She was born in Mabel, Minnesota on June 11, 1922 to Louie and Mildred (Hellickson) Amdahl. She was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking and baking, reading and especially most of all, spending time with her family. She was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Grenville, VFW Post #3374 Auxiliary and had previously served as a volunteer at Greenville Regional Hospital.
On June 16, 1972 she married Carl G. Guerrini, he passed away on February 18, 2004.
She is survived by three daughters, Sharon Northcott , Betty K. Junk and her husband Fred and Patty Fattman and her husband Carl all of Greenville; two sons, Gary Bothun and his wife Carole of Greenville and James Bothun and his wife Brenda of Newbern, NC; 15 grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and eleven great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a previous husband, Arden J. Bothun, a daughter, Jackie Lewis, a grandson, Tye Bothun, two sisters, Marjorie Dyreson and Lorraine Hover, a brother, Lyle Amdahl and two son-in-laws, Donald Slater and Glenn Northcott.
Memorial contributions may be made to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 1 Trinity Place, Greenville, PA 16125.

Lois has beeen a good friend to our entire family since we first came to Greenville from Italy. Always made us feel at home and special. She will be missed even more than her magical prizzelles. So very sorry for all of OUR loss.

We are so very sorry for the loss of your beautiful Mom. We loved her so very much and will never forget all the fun times we had together throughout the years. How blessed I was to have her as my Aunt. My heart breaks for all of you during this sad time.
