Marion could be a patron saint of wives, mothers, grandmothers. She was a fantastic cook and kept an immaculate house. As one looks at the collections of pictures, one sees only smiles and hugs. I went with her to deliver her homemade split pea and ham soup to a woman who had broken her back in a car accident. When my father died, we went to her house for dinner. There was no limit to what she would try to do for anyone she knew. That is a formidable role model.

Our (George and Darrell) mom was the best. She never put her needs and concerns first as she would do for others before her. She loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren with all her heart. She will be missed but always loved. LOVE you MOM.
