Nancy C. Bowers Rodgers, age 85, of Jamestown passed away Thursday afternoon, September 8, 2022. She was born in Bronx, New York on July 27, 1937, daughter of Joseph and Elva “Pearl” (Baker) Bowers.
Nancy was a longtime Realtor/broker in Pittsburgh, Jamestown, and Andover, OH. She was also the owner of Rodgers Real Estate in Jamestown for many years. She enjoyed her antique cars, collectibles, and attending car shows. On May 19, 1955, Nancy married William H. Rodgers.
She is survived by three children, Barbara Steinberger and her husband, David of Presto, PA, Keith Rodgers and his wife, Carolyn of Jamestown and Nancy Damich and her husband, Lou of Cecil Township, PA; six grandchildren, Amanda Steinberger, Adam Steinberger (Kimberly), Drew Damich, Benjamin Rodgers (Megan), Megan Dell'Acqua (Nick), Alex Rodgers (Kacie); two great grandchildren, Arlo and Remi Steinberger. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, her husband William and her brother, Joseph Bowers.
There will not be any funeral services. Burial will be in Rocky Glen Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Strayhaven Animal Rescue, 94 Donation Rd., Greenville, PA 16125. Arrangements have been entrusted to Loutzenhiser-Randall Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 416 Liberty St., Jamestown.
