Kay L. Spence, age 71, of 110 Fredonia Rd., Greenville, PA, formerly of Franklin, PA, passed away Monday, April 4, 2016 at 12:45 a.m.

Mrs. Spence was born January 24, 1945 in Oil City, Pa. to the late Walter and Martha (Smith) Spence. 

She attended church services held by St. Michael Roman Catholic Church at White Cliff Nursing Home.  Kay enjoyed church activities and bingo. She had been a dishwasher at the Franklin Eagles Club. 

Kay is survived by her sister-in-law, Kaye Spence, wife of the late Bill Spence, of Jamestown, PA; a niece, Marcia White, and her husband, Steve, of Jamestown; a great niece, Calista White of Jamestown; and a great nephew, Ashton White of Jamestown. 

She was preceded in death by her brothers , Bill Spence, Jay Spence and Raymond Spence.

There will be no visitation or services, cremation was chosen.
