Patricia A. Hawes, age 78, of Columbia Ave., Greenville, passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2022 in UPMC Mercy.

She was born in Thornwood, WV on July 7, 1944 to James C. and Sally D. (Murphy) Teter. Patty was a graduate of Conneaut Lake High School. She was a Homemaker who enjoyed gardening, cooking, taking care of her home and she loved her animals.

On May 27, 1963 she married Alvin R. Hawes, he passed away on October 3, 2017. Patty is survived by her two granddaughters, Tonya King and her husband Bryan and Josie Smith, all of Greenville and a great-grandson, Mason King. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and her daughter, Lisa Smith.
