Randall R. Gruber, age 84, of Atlantic passed away Saturday morning, October 30, 2021 in Rolling Fields Eldercare Community.
He was born in Phillipsburg, PA on January 25, 1937 a son of Vallaise Sr. and Thelma (Williams) Gruber. He was a 1955 graduate of Conneaut Lake High School and served his country in the United States Army where he was stationed in France from 1956 until 1958. On July 22, 1960 Randall married the former Nancy M. Ray, she survives. He was employed at Greenville Tubes for 20 years. He was a member of Atlantic Community Church and Adelphic F&AM #424 for over 50 years. He enjoyed snowmobiling and water skiing on Conneaut Lake.
In addition to his wife of 61 years, he his survived by two daughters, Joanne Sperry and her husband Keith of Conneaut Lake, Kristine DeWalt and her husband Richard of Meadville; a sister, Margaret Pasquino and her husband Joseph of Mercer; six grandchildren, R. Benjamin Sperry and his wife Malacci, Lisa Sperry, Mary Rachocki and her husband Curt, Michael Sperry and his fiance Abby Uplinger, Carey DeWalt, and Katie DeWalt. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers Vallaise Gruber Jr. and Lynn Gruber.
Funeral Services will be private on Friday, November 5, 2021. Burial will be in Rocky Glen Cemetery.
