Robert M. Brown, age 88, formerly of Elm St., Greenville, passed away Sunday evening, May 8, 2022 in Quality Life Services, Mercer.
He was born in Greenville on February 22, 1934 to John M. and Elva I. (Jaxtheimer) Brown. Bob attended St. Michael High School and was of the Catholic Faith. He retired from Reznor in Mercer, where he worked on the production line and he was previously employed for twenty-one years as a foreman at the former Greenville Tube Corp. Bob was a former member of the Greenville Family Moose Center #276 and the Greenville Italian Home Club.
On May 1, 1954 he married the former Sally A. Simons, she passed away on November 8, 2010. He is survived by four daughters, Cheryl Banic and her husband Stephen of Greenville, Karen Lake of Hadley, Cindy Palmer and her husband Steven of Grove City and Lisa Polkabla and her husband Gary of Greenville, a son, Dr. Stephen Brown and his wife Dr. Melissa Brown of Spring Lake, MI, a sister, Nancy Reash of Toledo, OH, two brothers, Leo Brown of Jamestown and Gerald Brown of Greenville, eleven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, an infant son, John Brown, a son, Thomas Brown, a daughter, Jill Brown, six sisters, Jean Reuff, Catherine Williams, Rita McCann, Martha Mayer, Helen McDonald and Mary Brown, an infant brother, John Brown and two brothers, James Brown and Joseph Brown.
Memorial contributions may be made to The Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Chicago, IL 60601.

We are so very sorry for your loss. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Linda saw Bob when she was at the home for rehab. He was always such a good neighbor.
Dear Uncle Bob,
I have missed seeing you the last few years, so sad the world has been such a mess and very sorry you had such a rough patch. May you rest in peace and may you family be comforted by their fond
