D. Robert Christy, age 88, formerly of W. Main St., Greenville, passed away Tuesday afternoon, June 19, 2018 at Concordia of Wexford. 

He was born in Atlantic, PA on May 6, 1930 to Leon J. and Ruth L. (Moore) Christy.  Bob was a 1948 graduate of Penn High School, served in the U.S. Navy as a 3^rd Class Seaman from 1948-1951 and attended Thiel College.  He was employed for thirty-five years as a Loan Officer at the former First Seneca Bank in Greenville, retiring in 1987. 

Bob was then employed as a Security Guard for over fifteen years at the former Trinity Industries.  He was a member of Christian Assembly Church, Greenville, was a life member of B.P.O.E. #145, Greenville Family Moose Center #276, American Legion #140 and was a member of Greenville VFW Post # 3374. 

He is survived by his daughter; Lisa Mislan and her husband William of Cranberry Twp., PA  and two grandchildren; Kelsey and Ciara Mislan. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, two sons; James Christy and Daniel Christy, three sisters; Margaret Jayne, Dorothy Holt and Betty Hoffman and two brothers; Fred Christy and William Christy.
