Russell C. “Chuck” Middendorf, Jr., age 54, of Hilltop Rd., W. Salem Twp, passed away Monday April 18, 2022 in the ER of Sharon Regional Medical Center.
He was born in Greenville on March 30, 1968 to Russell and Mary (Sharp) Middendorf. Chuck graduated from Sharon High School in 1987 and was employed at RSI in Transfer as a fork truck operator. He enjoyed collecting die cast cars and motorcycles and having summer parties and cookouts with his family.
Chuck is survived by his two sons, Kevin Middendorf and Shawn Middendorf; two grandchildren, Kori and Kevin “KJ” Middendorf, all of Greenville, three brothers, Joseph (Lisa) Middendorf, Gerald (Christina) Jones, III all of Greenville and Frank (Jessica) Jones of Richlands, NC; his parents, Mary “Sue” and Gerald Jones, Jr. of Greenville and Russell C. Middendorf, Sr. (Cathy) of Hermitage and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Frank and Leora Sharp and his paternal grandparents, Russell Middendorf and Sara and Russell Gawne.

i am so sorrry for your loss, Chuck had a beautiful smile and sense of humor. i hadnt seen him for years, but as soon as i saw his picture it brought a smile from me. God bless you all.
