
Sandra E. Royal, age 74, of Kinsman Rd., Jamestown passed away Wednesday morning, June 2, 2021 in her residence.
She was born in Geneva, PA on May 8, 1947 a daughter of Wilbur E. and Dora E. (Williams) Floch. She was a 1965 graduate of Jamestown High School, attended Edinboro University, and received her associates degree in letter, arts, and sciences from Penn State University. She was employed as a Quality Insurance Manager at Jamestown Paint for 32 years, retiring in 2009 and was the secretary and treasurer for Greene Township for 30 years, retiring in 2015. She attended Stateline United Methodist Church. Sandy was a 29 year member of ABWA Greenville Torchbearer Chapter and was the secretary of the Jamestown Community Fair for 5 years.
She is survived by a sister, Nancy Fenn and her husband Herald of Kinsman, OH; a niece, Christine Patton and her husband Mike of Hilliard, OH; a nephew, Mark Fenn and his wife Sarita of Canal Winchester, OH; two great nieces, Nicole Buckner and Taylor Fenn; a great nephew, Zane Fenn. She was preceded in death by her parents.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00am on Friday, June 18, 2021 in Loutzenhiser-Randall Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 416 Liberty St., Jamestown, with Rev. John Hodge, pastor of Stateline United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Park Lawn Cemetery.

I knew Sandy through my Mom Sarah Baxter and she was truly a kind and selfless person. I am so sorry to hear of her passing.

Sandy worked hard daily coping with her disability and yet not mentioning how difficult it was. We shall all miss her.

Sandy sure will be missed. in the years we’ve known her never one time did we hear her complain. Sandy set a example for many of us to follow! She was selfless, caring, giving, fighter to not give up, and compassionate. Her phone was a form of a lifeline for her as she looked forward to talking to her friends daily. Miss ya sunshine and your beautiful smile!!

My thoughts and prayers are with Sandy’s family and friends. Sandy left lasting footprints wherever she went — footprints of kindness and love, courage and compassion, joy and faith, humor and inspiration.
