Stanley D. “Stan” Eynon, age 64, of Delaware St., Jamestown passed away Thursday afternoon, March 28, 2019 in his residence.
He was born in Highland Falls, NY on February 8, 1955. He is the son of Morris D. and Edna V. (Lewis) Eynon. He served his country in the United States Army. Stan was a self employed well driller until his retirement and had previously been employed as a well driller for Lininger Well Drilling and as a mill operator at Jamestown Paint Co. He was a member of Jamestown VFW Post # 5424 and Jamestown Fireman's Club. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing, riding motorcycles, and enjoyed his mornings at the breakfast club at the Jamestown VFW.
He is survived by his mother of Jamestown, a daughter; Michele Eynon and her companion Patrick of Jamestown, a son; Sean Eynon and his companion Melissa of Jamestown, a sister; Karen Nesevich and her husband Ken of Jamestown, five grandchildren; Kayla Chizmar and her fiance Corey, Alicia Kohl, Cody Eynon, Nicholas Eynon, and Adrianne Hamilton and his beloved dog Chi Chi. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Donald Eynon.
