William J. “Billy” Brenneman, age 57, of Jamestown passed away Tuesday, October 19, 2021 in Mercy Health St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
He was born in Farrell on August 25, 1964 a son of Harry C. and Mary Lou (Elia) Brenneman. He was a 1982 graduate of Reynolds High School and on August 3, 2013 Billy married the former Lisa Brooks, she survives. He was employed as a correction officer at Northeast Ohio Correctional Center for 14 years, he previously was the owner/operator of BJ's Mobile Home Repair for 30 years and also worked at Trinity Industries for 8 years. He was a member of St. Margaret Mission. Billy enjoyed camping, woodworking, and loved all animals. He enjoyed DJing with his brother Tony.
In addition to his wife he his survived by his mother Mary Lou of Jamestown; a daughter, Londyn Glass of Laramie, WY; four sisters, Janine McCullough, Lisa Fry, Kathy Brenneman, and Tammy Harris; five brothers, Tony Brenneman, Chris Brenneman, Mike Brenneman, Chuck Brenneman, and Cliff Brenneman; many nieces and nephews also survive. He was preceded in death by his father.

Dear Brenneman family I was so blessed and honored to have worked with William for 10 years at the Northeast Ohio Corrections Facility! William was one of the hardest working and dedicated officers at the facility! William thank you so much for being such a big part of our Northeast Ohio Correctional Center family!

I am so sorry for the loss. William & I started our correctional journey together in class fourteen years ago. While beginning our correctional journey we became close friends.
