William Trgovic, age 73, of U.S. Hwy. 322, Hartstown, passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2016 in Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, OH.
He was born on December 1, 1942 in Pittsburgh, a son of the late George M. and Grace (Lilly) Trgovic. He married the former Sherri Korn April 1, 2000, she survives.
Bill was the owner/operator of the Anchorage Bar in Jamestown for 37 years, making him the longest tenured bar owner in Crawford County. He enjoyed wintering in Florida for the past five years, boating, snorkeling and scuba diving, he took flying lessons and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Bill was of the catholic faith.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by four daughters, Denise Trgovic-Yuvan of Greenville, Dana M. Trgovic-Hills of Jamestown, Amanda Meehan and her fiancé, Josh “Cakes” of Greenville, and Nicole “Sis” Meehan of Hartstown, two sons, Joshua Meehan of Mercer and Jeramie Meehan of Hartstown, 11 grandchildren, Matthew Calloway, Crystal Pipp, Casey Wilkins, Alyssa Wilkins, Lesli Rauber, Taylor Meehan, Sophia Meehan, Peyton Meehan, Kasen Coner, Cameron Meehan and Kayden Meehan; 3 great-grandchildren, Nicholas Calloway, Journey Calloway and Abigail Trgovic. He was preceded in death by two sons, Frankie Trgovic and infant George Trgovic, a grandson, Billy Trgovic, and a brother, Larry Trgovic.
