Alma Autumn Leffler Reeves, age 95, of St. Paul Homes, 339 E. Jamestown Road, West Salem Township, formerly of 149 Hempfield Ave., Hempfield Township, passed away Thursday, March 23, 2023.

The last survivor of her immediate family, Alma was born September 28, 1927 in West Salem Twp, Greenville, PA, to Jacob H. Leffler Sr. and Edith M. (Horn) Leffler. Alma was a graduate of Penn High School. She worked as a bookkeeper for 20+ years. She was a lifelong member of the First Baptist Church of Greenville where she was actively involved in various areas of Church ministry. Throughout her life she was an avid gardener and seamstress. She enjoyed reading, ceramics, embroidery and keeping scrapbooks of family activities.

Alma married Joseph E. Reeves June 16, 1963 who preceded her in death on January 4, 2008. She is survived by their son, David J. Reeves and wife Lori of Greenville, PA, step-son James Reeves and wife Linda of Durham, North Carolina. 2 grandchildren; Trenton Reeves and Joshua Reeves. 3 step-grandchildren Michael Marks and his wife Susan, Julie Stowell, and Taylor Shappee and her husband William. 8 step great grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Laura Mae Fritz and Margaret Fisher and 3 brothers, John Leffler, James Leffler and Jacob Leffler, Jr; a step-daughter, Roberta Reeves Marks.
