Deborah L. "Debbie" Scott

Deborah L. “Debbie” Scott, age 74, of Woodbine Dr., Hempfield Twp., Greenville passed away Sunday evening, October 20, 2024, in The Grove at Greenville.

She was born in Pittsburgh on May 25, 1950 to Thomas G. and Agnes P. (Knezevich) Campbell. Debbie was a 1968 graduate of Oakmont High School. She attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania and then earned a degree in business management from LaRoche College in 1978. She was employed as General Manager of Best Western, Grove City for 14 years and formerly had been employed at the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express in Grove City and Comfort Inn in Kittanning. Since 1997, Debbie was active with the Order of the Amaranth and was a past Mother Advisor of Rainbow for Girls. She also was a member of the Jamestown Firemen’s Club.

On August 23, 2004, Debbie married Edward Scott. He preceded her in death on May 6, 2019.

Debbie is survived by a daughter, Mandi McClowry (Christopher Riddle) of Richlands, NC; a daughter-in-law, Maureen Kelly-Riddle of Richlands, NC; three grandchildren: Tracy Riddle, Marcus Riddle, and Conner Riddle. She also is survived by her best friend of many years, Leslie Eynon and her sons Cody and Nicholas, all of Greenville and a longtime friend, Nino Ross, of Ontario, Canada.

In addition to her husband, Debbie is preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Kathryn; a brother, Kenneth; and an infant sister and infant brother.

Services:

Family and Friends will be received on Friday, 10/25/24, from 4-6 PM in Loutzenhiser-Jordan Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. 366-368 S. Main St. Greenville. Order of the Amaranth Service will be held at 6 PM Friday, 10/25/24, in the funeral home. Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O.
