Dolores Blanch (Kamerer) Johns, age 91, of Greenville, passed away peacefully and loved on Tuesday morning July 6, 2021 in The Ridgewood at St. Paul's Senior Living Community.

She was born in Greenville on August 24, 1929 to Howard A. and Esther M. (Eakin) Kamerer. Dolores was a 1947 graduate of Penn High School. She married William B. Johns, Sr. U.S.A.F. Of Denver, CO in 1956, he passed away in 2007. Dolores was a Televised Arthur Murray Dance Instructor in Denver and was also trained in Nursing and Eastern Acupuncture Medicine. She was a dedicated U.S.A.F. Military wife and recognized for her dutiful above and beyond service.

Dolores loved the sun on her face and beaches, palm trees and flamingo's. With sparkling blue eyes, blond waves of hair and a heart from heaven, she was loved and admired by all.

She is survived by her three sons; William B. John's, Jr. and his wife Azar of Western Australia, Eric H. Johns and his wife Alyce of Lake Placid, FL and Christopher A. Johns of Sebring, FL, a sister; Phyllis J. (Kamerer) Haynes and a brother; Howard W. “Bud” Kamerer and his wife Theresa, all of Greenville, four grandchildren; Chad J. Johns, William B. Johns III, Corey M. Johns and Haley M. Johns and a great-grandson, Avery D. Johns. She was preceded in death by her parents, loving husband and her beautiful niece; Dolores E. (Kamerer) Morrison whom was her “special angel”. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of St. Paul's, Hospice and the supporting Greenville Community.
