Emma Grace (Licht) Rubino, age 97 of S. Main Street, Greenville, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on April 11, 2022.

She was born in Jefferson, PA on February 18, 1925, the daughter of Jacob and Mary Jane (Adamson) Licht and the youngest of twelve children. She was a graduate of Elizabeth High School in 1943 and was also a cheerleader there. On June 5, 1943, Emma married Joseph Rubino, Jr., a pilot in the Army Air Corps. He also attended Elizabeth High School, where he was a quarterback on the football team.

Emma and Joe resided in Elizabeth, PA , where they raised their three children, before retiring to Greenville and wintering in Myrtle Beach, SC. They were married 64 years at the time of Joe's passing in 2007. Emma enjoyed reading, sewing, gardening and cooking for her family.

She is survived by her daughter, Dr. JoAnn Dugan (William Link) of Delaware, OH and her son, James E. Rubino of Pittsburgh, a son-in-law, Dr. Frank Kytchak of Greenville; five grandchildren, Dr. Brian Kytchak (Jackie), Suzanne Lewis (Rodney), Dr. David Kytchak (Kelley) all of Greenville, Shannon Dugan of Monaca, PA, Ryan Dugan of Round Hill, VA and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, eleven siblings, her husband, and oldest daughter, Jana Kytchak.

Per Emma's wishes, cremation was chosen and there will be no services. Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Greenville Area Public Library, 330 Main St, Greenville, PA 16125.  All arrangements have been entrusted to Loutzenhiser-Jordan Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 366-368 S. Main St., Greenville.
