Jeffery Lee Matters, age 65, of Tower Rd., Jamestown, passed away Tuesday morning, April 4, 2023 in Canterbury Place Hospice, Pittsburgh.

He was born in Grove City, PA on January 14, 1958 a son of James W. and Doris Jean (Brenizer) Matters. He was a member of Community of Christ Church, Transfer and Mercer County Disabled Citizens. Jeff was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler fan and a computer buff.

He is survived by a brother Richard Matters of Clarks Mills, three sisters, Kathy Warrington (Mike) of Cochranton, Patricia Patton of Greenville and Andrea Matters of Jamestown; a sister-in-law, Debra Matters, many niece and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Michael Matters and James Matters, a sister-in-law, Margaret Matters and a brother-in-law William Lepley.
