Johnnie Cook

Johnnie W. Cook, age 70, of Pymatuning Twp., Greenville, passed away Wednesday morning, May 29, 2024 in his residence. He was born on May 29, 1954 in New Martinsville, WV to John L. and Rosie M. (Delaney) Cook.

Johnnie was a 1972 graduate of Oakland High School, Chester, WV and had been employed as a Craneman for 28 years at Vallourec in Youngstown, OH. He enjoyed watching and following all Pittsburgh sports teams.

On May 19, 1995, he married the former Mary J. (Naugle) Reynolds, she survives at home. Also surviving are two daughters, Lorrie Cook of East Liverpool, OH and Andrea Leonard and her husband Jerry of Greenville; a son Matthew Cook of Chester, WV and a step-son, Robert Reynolds and his wife Jennifer of Greenville; a brother, Jackie Cook of Chester, WV; eight grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a son-in-law, Jarrod Carter.

Family and friends will be received from 2:00-5:00PM, Friday May 31, 2024 in Loutzenhiser-Jordan Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 366-368 S. Main St., Greenville. Burial will be in Shenango Valley Cemetery.
