Kathleen R. Shreffler, age 80, of Tanner Rd., W. Salem Twp., Greenville, passed away Sunday morning, November 5, 2023 in UPMC Hamot.

She was born in Oil City, PA on July 21, 1943 to Kenneth and Ruth (Hueffner) Graham. Kathy was a graduate of Greenville High School and received her Nursing Degree from Spencer School of Nursing in Meadville. She was employed as an R.N. for forty-two years at UPMC Horizon. Kathy was a member of St. Michael Roman Catholic Church, Greenville. She served as a volunteer at the Greenville Railroad Park and was a supporter of the former Greenville Ice Rink. Kathy was a black belt in Tai Chi and she enjoyed playing cards and games at the Greenville Senior Center.

On October 28, 1971 she married Ronald “Pete” Shreffler, he survives. Also surviving is her daughter; Melissa Dobbs and her husband Brian of Noblesville, IN, two step-daughters; Nanette Peterman and her husband Jeffrey of Clarks Mills, PA and Valerie Miller and her husband Edward of Greenville, four grandsons; Randy Peterman, Mason Miller, Devin Miller and Michael Dobbs and four great-grandchildren; Landon Peterman, Addison Peterman, Colton Peterman and Brooklyn Peterman. She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Graham, her mother, Ruth Calhoun, a brother, Steve Calhoun, a sister, Margaret Duncan and an infant great-grandson, Gavin Peterman.

Memorial contributions may made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741. Arrangements have been entrusted to Loutzenhiser-Jordan Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 366-368 S. Main St., Greenville.
