Kathleen D. Waite, age 75, of Fairfield St., Jamestown passed away Thursday afternoon, December 22, 2022 in her residence. She was born in Cleveland, OH on September 16, 1947 a daughter of Anthony and Ellora (Mayer) Gilbert. She was a 1965 graduate of Jane Addams Vocational High School and a 1985 graduate of Mercer Vo-Tech where she received her degree as a Licensed Practical Nurse. On January 11, 1972 Kathleen married Richard L. Waite, he passed away March 23, 2021. She was a nurse at Miller's Nursing Home in Andover, OH. Kathleen enjoyed gardening, sewing, and quilting.

She is survived by a daughter, Michelle Myers and her husband Dale of Greenville; a son, Stephen Waite-Keith and his wife Eleanor of Jamestown; a sister, Linda Crane and her husband Richard of Cleveland, OH; four brothers, Gary Gilbert and his wife Joyce of Idaho, Tony Gilbert and his wife Donna of Cleveland, OH, Jeffrey Gilbert and his wife Kathy of Medina, OH, Brian Gilbert and his wife Linda of Cleveland, OH; six grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren,.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three brothers Robert Gilbert, Kenneth Gilbert, and Donald Gilbert, a sister Annette Algeri, and a grandson William Keith.
