Mary Lou DiSalvo

Mary Lou DiSalvo, age 74, of S. Main St., Greenville passed away Wednesday afternoon, August 28, 2024, in The Grove at Greenville after a brief illness.

She was born on December 25, 1949 in Greenville to Michael C. Galus, Sr. and Mary Louise (Sutak) Galus. Mary Lou was a 1967 graduate of Reynolds High School. She was employed at The Grove at Greenville where she worked in the kitchen for over 20 years and was previously employed at the former First Seneca Bank and the former Greenville Tube Corp.

Mary Lou was a member of St. Michael Roman Catholic Church, Greenville and the Greenville VFW Post 3374 Auxiliary. She greatly enjoyed spending time with her family.

Mary Lou is survived by a sister, Barb (Frank) Yokubeak of Greenville: two brothers, Joe (Karen) Galus of Greenville and Mike (Karen) Galus, Jr. of Mercer; one niece, five nephews, three great-nieces, and one great-nephew.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Services:

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at 1:30 PM in St. Michael Roman Catholic Church, 85 N. High St., Greenville, PA with Fr. Brandon Kleckner as Celebrant. Inurnment will be in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Greenville.

Family and friends will be received in Loutzenhiser-Jordan Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 366-368 S. Main St. Greenville from 11 AM – 1 PM on Tuesday, September 3, 2024. Memorial contributions may be made to the Greenville VFW Post 3374 Auxiliary, 54 Conneaut Lake Rd, Greenville, PA 16125
