Mary Helen Valesky, age 91, of Jamestown passed away Wednesday morning, January 5, 2022 in her son's residence.

She was born in Findley Twp. on May 27, 1930 a daughter of Donald and Sarah (Mooreland) Jamison. She was a graduate of Jamestown High School. On January 27, 1950 Mary Helen married Norman D. Valesky, he passed away November 9, 2003. She was the head teller at First National Bank in Jamestown for many years. She was a member of Jamestown Presbyterian Church and Westford Flower Club. She was a first responder volunteer for Jamestown Police Department.

She is survived by a son, Todd Valesky and his wife Jeanine of Philipsburg, PA; a brother Clark Jamison and his wife Gail of Yarmouth Port, MA; nine grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons Donald R. “Doc” Valesky and N. David Valesky, Jr., a sister Joyce Hustey.
