Nila Bush

Nila Barham Bush, age 90, of North Summit Road, Jamestown passed away Saturday evening, March 2, 2024 in Cortland Health Care, Cortland, OH. She was born in Elkins, WV on March 19, 1933 a daughter of Miles and Sarah (Spier) Barham.

She was a graduate of Jamestown Area High School. On August 10, 1953 Nila married Robert W. Bush, he passed away July 21, 2017. Together they operated the family farm for more than 65 years. She was a member of Jamestown Presbyterian Church and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by two sons, Gregory Bush and his wife Susan of Conneaut Lake, Dennis Bush and his wife Jennifer of Julian, CA; a daughter, Paula Bohlen and her husband Ken of Linesville; seven grandchildren, Kristin Rebstock, Meagan Waters, Adam London, Drew London, Carly London, Miles Bush, and Shelby Bush; 10 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three sisters Tharon Beard, Melva West, and Frances Sperry, two brothers George Barham and Donald Barham.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Inurnment will be in Park Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Loutzenhiser-Randall Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 416 Liberty St., Jamestown.
