Norman Simon

Norman L. Simon, age 82, formerly of Jamestown, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Friday, June 28, 2024 in The Grove at Greenville. He was born in Warren, OH on March 3, 1942 to Harley and Anna (Paige) Simon.

Larry had previously been employed as a molding operator at Andover Industries. He attended Bethel Life Worship Center and enjoyed gardening and fixing things around his home and for family members.

Larry was married to the former Juanita (Buckley) Fry from 1998 until she preceded him in death in 2022. He is survived by two daughters, Dolores Adams of Jamestown; Denice Campbell (Earl) of Espyville; a son, Norman E. Simon (Wendy); a sister, Joan Johnson of Westford; a brother, Robert Simon (Ruth) of Ashtabula, OH; and four grandchildren: Steven Campbell, Hannah Simon, Donald Adams, and Austin Simon.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, two sisters, and four brothers.

Cremation was chosen, and there will be no services. Inurnment will be in Andover Cemetery.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Loutzenhiser-Randall Funeral and Cremation Services, 416 Liberty St., Jamestown.
