Patricia A. "Patty" White

Patricia A. “Patty” White, age 70, of Fitch Rd., Hartstown, went home to be with her Lord Jesus Christ surrounded by her family on Sunday, February 2, 2025, in Cleveland Clinic following an extended illness.

She was born August 3, 1954 in Greenville to Robert V. and Helen M. (Hrdlicka) VeVerka, Sr. Patty was a 1972 graduate of Jamestown High School and had been employed by Ponderosa Steakhouse in Meadville and Hermitage for 17 years.

She was a member of Westford United Methodist Church and the Kinsman Flower Club. Patty especially enjoyed scrapbooking and gardening.

On December 18, 1972, she married John M. White; he survives.

In addition to her husband, Patty is survived by a daughter, Jacyln White of Hartstown; two sons, Dennis (Autumn) White of El Marage, AZ and Joseph (Adrianna) White of Hartstown; four sisters: Kay (Ron) Jackson of Farmdale, OH, Judy (Dave) Oaks of Westford, Peggy (Sam) Emmett of Greenville, and Dawn (Dave) Richter of Jamestown; four brothers: Robert V. (Mary) VeVerka, Jr. of Hermitage; Ronald (Judy) VeVerka of Sharon; Rick (Sue) VeVerka of Virginia; and Joe (Marsha) VeVerka of South Carolina; five grandchildren: Sam, Mycayla, Sarah, Sophia, and Charles.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister and brother-in-law, Helen and Ralph Airgood; and two grandchildren, Jonathan and Olivia.

Services:

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, 2/10/25, in Loutzenhiser-Randall Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 416 Liberty St. Jamestown, with Rev. Dan Miller, Pastor of Westford United Methodist Church, officiating. Family and friends will be received in the funeral home on Sunday, 2/9/25, from 2:00 – 4:00 PM. Burial will be in South Shenango Cemetery.
