Randy C. Reeher

January 22, 1963 — February 15, 2025

Greenville, PA

Randy C. Reeher, age 62, of Woods Rd., W. Salem Twp., Greenville, passed away Saturday evening, February 15, 2025, in UPMC Passavant. After a 5 ½ year battle with complications from his throat cancer, this warrior has been set free and is at home with his Savior.

He was born in Greenville on January 22, 1963 to Leroy R. and Opal M. (Brenizer) Reeher and attended Reynolds High School. Randy had retired following 30 years of employment as a Die Setter at Target Stamp Products.

Randy found peace and happiness in 2018 when he surrendered his life to Jesus. He attended Crossroads Christian Fellowship where he was baptized. Randy showed his love for Christ by using his many gifts through “Men with Vision” and “His Work, His Way.”

He was an avid outdoorsman, a true country boy who loved to hunt, ride four-wheelers, and landscape. His talents in woodworking were amazing. Randy’s family was everything to him. He fought each day, for one more day to be with us, never wanting to give up. He was blessed with amazing strength and courage.

On August 6, 1988 Randy married the former Rita E. Esparza; she survives.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Tyler R. Reeher and Travis A. Reeher, both of Greenville; two sisters, Judith (Denis) Musgrave of Greenville and Carol Reeher of Kinsman, OH; five brothers: John (Kathleen) Reeher of Rexford, NY, Daniel (Teresa) Reeher of Greenville, Ronald Reeher of Tionesta, Donald (Cindy) Reeher of Jamestown, and Terry (Janet) Reeher of Greenville; a sister-in-law, Rose Reeher, of Sharon; and many nieces and nephews.

Randy was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Vickie Walker Griffiths; and three brothers: Rusty, Raymond, and Charlie Reeher.

We know that he is rejoicing in his new, eternal body. Speaking praise to Jesus for the mercy he was shown, walking majestic hills, hollows, and ravines without straining for breath and feasting with family and friends.

There is a celebration in Heaven, and we know that God will be our strength through this time.
