Raymond Fry

Raymond H. Fry age 93 of N. Maysville Rd. W. Salem Twp., Greenville, passed away Sunday evening, July 9, 2023.

He was born in W. Salem Twp. on January 1, 1930 to Charles and Mary (Hutchinson) Fry. Ray was a 1947 graduate of Penn High School and had been employed as a pipefitter for forty years at Packard Electric, Warren, Oh. He was a member of Crossroads Christian Fellowship, and he enjoyed hunting and spending time at his camp in the mountains. On October 29, 1949 Ray married the former Eva Locke, she passed away September 26, 2021.

Ray is survived by his four sons; Daniel L. Fry and his wife Vivian of Transfer, Bradley R. Fry of Greenville, John D. Fry and his wife Debbie of Adamsville and Raymond H. Fry Jr. and his wife Rhonda of Greenville, a sister; Nancy Baker of Florida, a brother-in-law; Charles Scott of VA, seven grandchildren; Melissa Blackson, Bradley Fry Jr., Jeremy Fry, Jonathon Fry, Jennifer Reynolds, Raymond Fry, lll and Garrett Fry eleven great-grandchildren and eleven great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, a grandson; Daniel R. Fry, seven sisters; Peg McClead, Becky Murrin, Louise Ross, Barbara Reed, Mary Jane Scott, Linda Courtney and Wanda Reigleman and four brothers; Carl Fry, Chuck Fry, Stanley Fry, and David Fry.

Per Ray's wishes, no services will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to Crossroads Christian Fellowship, 805 Vernon Rd., Greenville, PA 16125.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Loutzenhiser-Jordan Funeral Home and Cremation Services, lnc., 366-368 S. Main St., Greenville.
