Steven Houyouse

Steven C. Houyouse, 54, of Youngstown, OH, passed away Monday December 4, 2023 in his residence. He was born in Steubenville, OH on December18, 1968 a son of Merle and Judith Houyouse.

He was a graduate of Carrollton High School and served his country in the United States Air Force. He was, a welder at International Steel and Counter Weights in Youngstown Ohio for many years.

He is survived by his father Merle Houyouse and his wife Lynn of Bloomingdale, OH; two daughters, Catarina Minshull of Jamestown, PA and Megan Houyouse and her fiance Cary Dilts of Transfer, PA; a sister, Beth McCoy and her husband Jeff of Lisbon, OH; two brothers, Doug Houyouse and his wife Karla of Carrollton, OH and Kevin Houyouse of Carrollton, OH; several granddaughters, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother and a sister Stephanie.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 11:00-2:00 PM on Sunday, December 17, 2023 at Carrollton VFW, 2291 Chase Rd., SE Carrollton, OH. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to his daughter Catarina Minshull 508 Jackson St. Jamestown, PA 16134.   Arrangements have been entrusted to Loutzenhiser-Randall Funeral Home and Cremation Services 416 Liberty St. Jamestown, PA.
