William A. “Bill” Barnes, age 58, of Delano Rd., Cochranton passed away Friday morning, June 2, 2023 in his residence with his family by his side after a brief battle with cancer.

He was born in Greenville on February 16, 1965 a son of William F. and Nancy (Gill) Barnes.

On December 12, 1990 Bill married the former Cynthia “Cindy” Webb, she survives. He was a heavy equipment operator for Entact for many years .

In addition to his wife of 32 years, he is survived by his mother Nancy of Atlantic; two daughters, Angie Dallam and her husband Mike Kongelka of Jamestown, Kriston Beagle and her husband Larry of North Carolina; two brothers, Bob Barnes and his companion Kim Hyde of Atlantic, Carl Barnes and his wife Mindy of Sheakleyville; four grandchildren, Anthony, Connor, Ian, and Pagie; a nephew Cody and two nieces Jamison and Mattison. He was preceded in death by his father.
