William J. Micsky , age 9 3, of Quarry Rd., Delaware Twp., Greenville passed away on Fri day evening, May 1 9 , 2023 in Avalon Springs Place, Mercer .

He was born in Washington County, PA on January 22 , 19 3 0 a son of Andrew and Susan (Kaduk) Micsky . He served his country in the United States Army from 1951-1953.  On April 7, 1983 Bill married the former Lila M. Cummerick , she survives. Bill was a brick layer at Sharon Steel for 25 years where he was a member of the brick layers union, he was also the owner/operator of his farm . He was a member of St. Michael Roman Catholic Church , K of C #144 6, and a life member of Reynolds VFW # 7599.  Bill enjoyed hunting and traveling.

In addition to his wife of 40 years, h e is survived by a daughter, Vicki L. Micsky of Greenville; a son, Gary W. Micsky and his wife Brenda of Greenville; three brothers, James Micsky , Lawrence Micsky and his wife Nancy, Paul Micsky and his wife Janet all of Greenville; two grandchildren , Brian Micsky and his wife Annie, Susan Micsky and her fiancée Steve Kupica, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brother s Andrew Micsky and Robert Micsky .
