William H. Sharp, age 77, of Fredonia Rd., Greenville passed away Friday afternoon, April 21, 2023 in his residence.

He was born in Greenville on January 12, 1946 a son of Frank J. and Leora (Ferree) Sharp. He was a 1964 graduate of Reynolds High School and on August 25, 1967 Bill married the former Joyce A. Terwilliger, she passed away March 24, 2011. He was previously employed at Greenville Steel Car/Trinity for 35 year and drove for Adesa Mercer for 20 years.

He was a member of Salvation Army, Greenville and Greenville Family Moose Center # 276. He enjoyed watching the Pittsburgh Steeler’s, hunting, camping, and truly enjoyed spending time with family. Bill was always the life of the party!

He is survived by his companion, Frances Nay of Greenville; five daughters, Tammy S. Trubic and her husband Jason of Carlton, PA, Tina M. Klingensmith and her husband Kevin of Greenville, Tracey A. Peabody and her husband George of Greenville, Tabatha J. Junk and her husband Erin of Greenville and Trudy I. Peabody and her husband Randall of Greenville; two sisters, Mary Jones and her husband Gerald of Greenville, Bonita Shannon and her companion Karl Betts of Ohio; two brothers, Larry Sharp and his wife Linda of Greenville and Norman Sharp of Greenville; 14 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and two great grandchildren Danny H. Hartman, Jr and Nova R. Peabody.
